Always great service. Girls on the desk are always amazingly helpful, kind and courteous. My dentist Ross Simpson is a legend. Best dentist I've ever had. My whole family go to see Ross and we all things he's great. Every dental assistant has always been so nice. Could not recommend this practice enough and of course the man him self Ross. Would give 10 stars if I could.

This is a really good dental practice, receptionists are so nice and welcoming, my dentist is Louise Good and she really puts you at ease, didn't even feel the injection for filling and it was quick and efficient highly recommended to anyone that may have a phobia of dentists.

Fantastic experience start to finishFree video consultation initially, then welcomed into the practice to further discuss treatments, costs and appointments.Very welcoming and all staff provided support throughout.From walking through the front door all staff were incredibly kind and helpfulIn terms of my treatment, all I can say is wow! Dr Nazim is very talented, he is exceptional in his field. His precision to detail is unreal. He is nothing sort of a perfectionist.I am so happy with the final outcome and can’t explain how glad I am I picked this practice. My only regret is not going sooner

I am one of the many absolutely terrified of the dentist people. I was therefore very relieved when I finally returned and chose Louise good. She has a very calming demeanour and I was probably not the calmest and relaxed I have ever been, but for being at a dentist well yes I was. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Everyone does their best to put you at ease

Just joined on Friday and very impressed with all the staff And the practise , I was made to feel very welcome and the dentist straight away put me at ease and explained the process of the work needed. The whole team made a visit to the dentist a nice experience. Top marks

I was recently referred to the dental hygienist, Gillian, after a deterioration in my gum health. Although terrified, I attended my appointment and was instantly made to feel safe by Gillian and dental nurse, Kim.Their compassion, competence and care was exceptional. I felt calm as Gillian kept me fully informed of all the treatments she administered. My mouth and teeth felt amazing afterwards, thank you so much!

Just completed my invisalign treatment with Dr Amir Nazim and I am over the moon with my results. I have had a few bad experiences at previous dentists which left me a very nervous patient who feared the dentist. I have hated my teeth for as long as I can remember and really wanted to get them straightened. I was recommended mydentist and Dr Nazim by a friend and I am so glad I was. From booking my consultation right through to my last appointment I was treated exceptionally well by all the staff at receptiom, Dr Nazim and his amazing dental nurse Laura. I was put at ease at every appointment and Amir explained the process thoroughly and always told me what would happen each time I went. Laura is a credit to your practice and is not only so kind and friendly she is very attentive and puts you and ease, making sure your okay during your appt. I didnt fear going to any of my appts and would highly recommend the practice to anyone.Amir is a perfectionist and it truly shows in his work, I could not have wished for better results, my teeth look amazing. My journey was amazing from start to finish and this is all down to the dedicated staff who go above and beyond for patients. Having not been to the dentist for several years, and, knowing I’d need a fair bit of work done, i was nervous about visiting. However, the staff are fantastic and Raymond and his assistant are brilliant. They are professional, friendly and talked me through every step. Highly, highly recommended.

After not having had an appointment since Covid, to say I was apprehensive was an understatement! I had absolutely no need, Louise was fantastic as ever and took so much time explaining everything, the reception staff were so welcoming as well! Im actually looking forward to starting my journey of finally getting my teeth sorted!
