I'm absolutely angry and extremely upset received a phone call from a Dr Bloom who was very abrupt and rude in the manner in which he spoke to me regardingy repeat request for medication I am on and refused to sign prescription for the tablets which I've been getting for years it's absolutely shocking. It has caused me a lot distress

Use this surgery and never had any problems doing so ,,Dr Brown was my doctor here but now retired and replaced by DrIilyas who I have yet to use, very friendly staff to but not as good as it once was

Dr Brown is literally the only doctor I’ve had that listens to me. Because of my age I have always been dismissed about my health and hidden disabilities but Dr Brown didn’t do this and actually cared about what I had to say.

Worst Dr's going . I'd been with these 22yrs not a problem until illyis took over then the rest of staff turned horrid to. Dr told me shut up 6 times in front of daughter. He continued to attack me I tried getting so called manager help but that said it was all in my head ! By time I left I'm having to have treatment for severe ptsd the new caused by this practice not to mention there book keeping.

I think the care is great. I’ve never had any problems with them. The staff are polite and friendly. Dr Brown was a fantastic doctor. (Have a fruitful retirement)No doubt Dr IIyas will be great aswell.

Dr ilyas is an extremely helpful person who is also well mannered. Overall staff is very friendly

Today finished work passed by surgery stood outside with the staff who was waiting to get in shortly one staff arrived and they opened they asked me to come in rather than standing outside which was very nice,l waited while she was setting up the nurse called me on but l didn’t have appointment l just wanted to pass some paperwork shortly that other staff arrived was shocked me the way l was dismissed she was very busy need to answer call not interested to listen what l have to say told me to go and call can imagine coming from night shift l was shocked it’s not the first she has spoken to me like that her attitude is stinking no people skills went home l couldn’t bare tears on my eyes ……l felt so bad

Can't get painkillers for 7 days now, have terrible arthritis pain doctor wants to to review so tells pharmacy to tell me to phone him. I'm the patient not the pharmacy why didn't they phone me and tell me 2 weeks ago I've got to sit in agony and pain. Reporting to GMC

Receptionists who think they're doctors and talk about patients when they think that person is on hold and thru their indifference to a young mothers concern a very young child couldve died so I for 1 will be changing surgeries asap. Disgusted isnt the word never really had problem myself with the staff u til the incident the other day.
