Dustbusters

We used Dustbusters for the 8 years that we lived in the Mortlake / East Sheen area (and only stopped because we moved out of London). They are a brilliant company and unbelievably helpful. Not only are their cleaners good at what they do and trustworthy, but they go the extra mile to help find cover cleaners for holidays or at short notice. We had the same cleaner for seven years, and got to know her extremely well, but on the occasion we needed cover it was painless to arrange. I also like the fact that we paid the cleaner directly, knowing that everything was going straight into her pocket (compared to some agencies which take payment centrally). This was an important principle to me. I highly recommend Dustbusters!

I've used Dustbusters for the past 5 years and have been very impressed. When we've had problems (e.g. quality of clean hasn't been up to standard) they have been quick to rectify them by performing spot checks or educating the cleaner. A cleaner used the wrong product once and left a mark, so they sent their head cleaner who got it out quite easily. The benefit of having a managed service like this is that they'll substitute your cleaner if they are ill or on holiday, and they know all the quirks of your property so you don't have to explain everything to the temp cleaner again. They are also super responsive and friendly. It's worth noting that a lot of these negative reviews seem to be because they advertise by sending flyers in the post and people find that annoying. I'd listen to the people who have had multiple years experience with the company, rather than the people who had 1 bad experience and make a judgement call.

I would like to say that I have loved working with Dustbusters, both for a charity and for a tenanted property. I think they have the right mix of professional and friendly and they do well by the cleaners they employ too. I would like to thank them for all the great service they have provided over the last seven years, both in arranging cleaners who we establish long term working relationships with, and also in the way they are able to arrange cover when a regular cleaner cannot make a particular week. It has made arranging the cleaning both at the charity and at the tenanted property very easy.

We have used the services of Dustbusters for the last 5 years. I have found them a great service. Always obliging to help with cover cleaners for holiday or sickness. Their cleaners are hard working, courteous, friendly and honest and a pleasure to have in our home. The company are good and supportive to their staff which is not always the case with other companies. I would highly recommend Dustbusters.

Having used this company for eight years, I’m sorry to be leaving the area because they’ve been outstanding.Our current cleaner Lenka has been with us for five years and is communicative, trustworthy and conscientious.I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We have used the services of Dustbusters for 7 years and have been very pleased with it. Cleaners have always been very competent and Dustbusters always arranged for suitable coverage during their holidays, and were flexible as much as possible to rearrange schedule when needed. In 7 years we had 3 different cleaners, all very pleasant ladies who knew what they have to do in the house without me giving instructions all the time. They were welcome and respected in our home (mandatory in my view), and in return the service has always been top quality.

We have used this company for a number of years and have been very happy with the service. It strikes the perfect balance for us of having continuity of a regular cleaner with the back of the agency to provide cover or replacements if needed. Importantly for us they adapt a positive approach to their cleaning staff, treating them well (e.g. during the pandemic) and encouraging the same from clients. I would be happy to recommend them.

I have used Dustbusters for the last 7 years. The cleaners are very prompt, reliable and honest. The substitute cleaners when my regular cleaner is on holiday are great. Very happy with the service!
