My wife just recently had her cars bodywork ceramic coated. First and foremost, Pav, the owner. A genuinely lovely fella to discuss your vehicles needs with and on top of that, he will polnt out in detail, forgive pun! in his oplnion how far treatment wise you may wish to take it. Pav will also advise on certain aspects which may not even be necessary in order to achieve the desired effect. Of course however, ultimately that decision rests entirely with you, as far as which level of service to go for. A real craftsman, Pretty rare these days

I have two cars, and was looking to try this place for a small job on one car, with an aim of having several other jobs doing over the next couple of years. After a brief chat and asking a couple of questions on the best way to do the job to fit my budget, and after promising a call back, no call back came.I called back several times and got no answer. I messaged, politely, over a couple of weeks, and no reply. When I finally got through weeks later, I was told he didn't want to do the job. A fair reason was given for not wanting to do it a specific way, but no effort was made to see how we could proceed.He said he'd been ill, which is fine if true, but all I would have wanted was a simple message at the time to say 'I'm ill and will get back to you, or 'this isn't possible, so this is your option...' and I would have taken the advice and had the work done, but instead I was ignored and no explanation given until I finally got through on a landline rather than mobile.Really disappointed with the customer service.
