Steve Dominic and his team recently moved my elderly, recently widowed Mum.From the removal point of view the whole process from beginning to end was highly professional and reassuring. Steve gave a very competetive quote and no sales talk just honest and helpful advice at a time of great sensitivity and he was highly observant of all the guidance in a global pandemic.Once booked the communication was excellent and the team were always reassuringly on hand to answer questions whenever we phoned.Unfortunately Mum's moving day became very stressful due to the solicitors messing up on the completion. Dominic and sons were the only truly professionals in the whole process. I thought I had already left a review for this company but it seems I haven’t which I’m embarrassed to say as they were absolutely amazing. I used them in April for a big house move. From start to finish they were the best removal company we have ever used. We’ve had some awful experiences in the past and it was a breath of fresh air to say the least.The staff were polite, helpful and extremely hard working. It was a smooth operation which had been planned out so well that we didn’t encounter any issues at all.I would use this company again in a heartbeat and have zero hesitation recommending them to anyone who wants a professional house move.First class service with first class staff.
