MODE Bridal - Shop Wedding Dresses in Hove

Jana was amazing! I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say. The dresses, the shop, the attitude everything was just flawless. We had the best morning where I found my dream dress. The team went above a beyond bringing another dress from their Whyte weddings (Worthing) shop that I had my eye on. Everyone I spoke to was just so lovely and accommodating. I found my dream dress and I’m over the moon, just awaiting the wedding day now.

From my wife:Hair - I got married 25th May 2023. Jess was amazing, we had so much fun on the morning. I’m usually a white stressed and anxious person but on the morning of my wedding everyone around me brought the good vibes including jess and my make up artist and I was just so relaxed ! I visited Jess’s house a few months before the wedding with my mum and mother in law for our trials it was great I knew what I wanted but we were able to try different variations to get it perfect ! On the day Jess did myself, my mum, my mother in law and 4 bridesmaids hair! She really did work her magic in all of us! Thank you Jess for the most perfect wedding hair ❤️

The team at Mode bridal, Jana in particular are so lovely and my experience choosing a dress couldn’t have been better. Jana was so helpful when trying dresses on, never pushy and gave great advice. The dress I chose was a sample dress, and when I went back to purchase the dress weeks later the price has increased but Jana kindly honoured the original price which I really appreciated.I needed alterations to the dress (changing neckline and lining the sheer bodice so the cups weren’t visible) and Jana recommended their seamstress. Margaret (seamstress) was really lovely during my alterations appointments, but when I went back and picked up my wedding dress the neckline was visibly crooked and the cups were still visible. At this point there were 10 days until my wedding, and with the Worthing shop being a 3 hour round trip, I really needed to collect my dress on that day. On taking it home and trying the dress on again it was very obvious that the alterations were not done well and this would be visible both in person and in photos. With my wedding the next week I had to find a local tailor who could do the alterations in time which was incredibly stressful and meant another £200 in alterations fees, having already spent £350 on alterations with Mode. Thankfully the local tailor managed to fix all mistakes and my dress looked fantastic.I did make Mode aware and Margaret contacted me to arrange to fix the dress but I didn’t have time to travel 3 hours and had no faith that the dress would be fixed correctly. I got married in September 2022 during a super busy period for weddings so perhaps it was just that the time and attention the dress really needed wasn’t taken.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy your wedding dress with Jana and team, but would recommend getting any alterations done elsewhere!

Jana was so lovely and intuitively selected dresses for me that helped me decide which one was the perfect one for me when I have zero idea what I was looking for. Jana made me feel incredibly at ease and made the whole process really fun, I would definitely encourage anyone looking for their dream dress to make an appointment at MODE Hove. Xx

What a lovely place and thank you to the beautiful Jana for being so kind and patient with me. After finding out my original dress would not longer be delivered, I sought out Mode Bridal hoping that I would be able to find a new dress for our wedding. Jana was kind, patient and fully empathetic to my situation whilst providing excellent guidance which led to me finding my new dream dress. To top it off, she was able to customise my dress so that it is truly unique, so thank you so much for that. The shop is beautiful, the dresses gorgeous and the process straight forward, Jana made sure that I knew what was feasible or not within the timeline available and I am super grateful to you. After my sister purchased her dress from here I knew I had to, from the first appointment Jana listened to my thoughts of what I wanted from a dress.After trying on 5/6 dresses there was a firm favourite, however it wasn’t as I had visioned. It’s almost like Jana had a sixth sense and knew from the beginning that it would have been that dress all along. I honestly cannot recommend Mode enough & Jana, the team have been so accommodating and gone out of their way to make appointments work for me as I had to drive 3.5 hours each time. Jana is queen of her craft & knows what you want before you you might even know :) which makes the process relaxing, easy & fun.

Before starting wedding dress shopping, I was strangely nervous. However I needn't have been! I was immediately put at ease in the friendly, comfortable environment. I spent time trying on so many beautiful dresses and with Jana's wonderful help, eventually found the perfect dress. I can't wait to wear it! I would fully recommend MODE Bridal.
