What a wonderful experience. I was seen at my appointed time for a Visa. This was processed within 3 days. I dealt with a lady called Griselda, who was amazing. Thank you all for your first class service.

unresponsive, unhelpful, and once I finally got my visa they got the details wrong so I was detained because they put my birthday as 2022

It is hard to find and book an appointment for maxican embacy.Overall experience from staff very good .Stff members is very good and kind, also very helpful. Very easy and smoth process for visiter visa .

No one ever answered the phone on the visa & administration sides... called more than 15 times and couldn't get through to a human. Visa appointment was extremely difficult to book... Cannot book an appointment in the same month which means that travelers need at least more than 1.5 month to plan and get the visa before their travel which is absurd....

I have British passport I was at the Mexican Airport (cancun). Onthe 6 dec 23and I got send Back to England without any reason as the staff was helpful and never gave me any information as to why I got sent back

I had a really good experience with the embassy recently. I needed a visa within a very short time frame and there were no appointments available on MiConsulado until a much later date, so I was pretty desperate to get in contact with them and was quite disheartened after reading these reviews. It is true that they never seem to answer the phone, however after emailing the email address that was given by the automation over the phone, they replied to me the same day with an offer of an exceptional circumstance appointment the following day. I arrived a little early for this appointment but I didn’t have to wait long and the lady who I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful. The entire process took about 20 mins and I have already received my passport back in the post 2 days later. Apart from initial difficulty getting in contact, they helped me out massively and I am so grateful!!

Been trying to call for 2 days straight- morning, afternoon... it doesn't matter. NOONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE!!! I also sent an email (which was actually responded to in under 10 minutes), however I was sent a lazy generic response showing the person did not take the time to actually read my question. Very disappointing.

How do I contact them please can I get any help I try many times by phone but nobody answer to me please is any changes to ti to them by email adress if someone know it will be grateful tank you is very important to get to them please help
