Professional and helpful surveyors who came out to value my home for a Help to Buy redemption. Redemption valuations only last 3 months, and after the 3 month deadline when my property still hadn't completed, they turned around the desktop valuation for the extension to the deadline very quickly. Good value and friendly people.

I had to have a RICS survey and didn’t have a clue what I was doing but the team from Crossleys were incredibly helpful.I rang a few times and spoken to Ben on the phone who answered all my questions really well.Ben was the one to carry out my survery and was really professional, explaining everything he was going to do. I would really recommend them and I’m glad I used them now!They were also cheaper than in any other areas.
