Had my septum pierced today with the lovely Vicky. I was so scared and she made me feel so calm. She is amazing at what she does!!! Customer service was excellent and studio is beautiful. I will defo be back and will be telling everyone I know. Xx

Had my nose pierced here a few months back. Emma was great she really explained the process and after care and it looked great. The ball fell off a little while ago and when i phoned up Vicky got me in a few hours later and fixed it for me. She also gave me really good advice for getting rid of an irritation bump which has now completely gone! She even gave me advice on a piercing she didn’t do! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place highly enough :)

An incredible experience.I got my tongue pierced by Hattie a few days ago as part of their £30 Saturday deal (I sincerely hope they keep this going as a long-term offer) and the amount of professionalism that she conducted herself with was astounding.She took the time to ensure I was comfortable and gave me all the necessary information to keep my piercing clean while healing. She set my mind at ease where swelling and infection were concerned and booked me in for a 2-week check-up and jewellery downsize - which as an immunosuppressed individual, was beyond appreciated.To add the cherry on top, a few days later when I was worrying about my piercing bleeding, she answered the Instagram DM within the hour, with reassurance and advice.Overall, I recommend Hole Lotta Love Body Piercing to anyone wanting a calming environment to have a needle shoved through a body part. I couldn't be happier, and she already knows I'll be back for seconds... and thirds... and so on... :)

Vicki is kind, genuine, and a lovely person to chat to! Not only that, but her advice is second to none, and she even taught me a few new things about piercing care which, considering I’ve been getting pierced for over ten years, is saying something! From the time I arrived to the time I left, Vicki was super helpful. I firmly believe that she’s an excellent piercer. I had a helix piercing and a consultation for ear projects today, and the piercing was virtually painless! Even Vicki popping the jewellery in was literally totally pain free! The consultation was hassle free too, and Vicki was very considerate of my budget, talking me through each charge for piercings and jewellery and making sure I was okay with the price at every opportunity. The piercing room and the front/reception room are both spotlessly clean and brightly lit, and Vicki was very accommodating and chatted with me throughout the consult and procedure as if we were old friends. I’d recommend Vicki for all your jewellery and piercing needs! Even if you aren’t local, if you can get to Hole Lotta Love for piercings and jewellery changes, then you definitely should!

I will never go anywhere else again!! I first went to Hole Lotta Love a week ago to have 5 of my piercings changed to new jewellery and today had 2 new piercings. Emma was so lovely and accommodating. My previous piercings were causing me a lot of discomfort but having them changed to jewellery from Hole Lotta Love has helped to heal them and I finally like my piercings!! The jewellery is of great quality and Emma is so professional as well as friendly. For the quality, choice of jewellery, professionalism and friendliness it is definitely worth the price! Can't wait to get more!!

Went in for a rook piercing today and easily had the best piercing experience of my life! Vicki is so lovely and professional, and an absolute wealth of information! I had such a great time and would 1000% recommend the studio to anyone (p.s. jewellery is SO cute too)

Today I have been for two piercings at Hole Lotta Love. Amazing service from start to finish, making sure I was happy with the placement and gave me advice on the aftercare. I had my nose pierced whilst on holiday in Wales and unfortunately the stud fell out. I couldn't get the jewellery back in so I contacted the lovely ladies at Hole Lotta Love who squeezed me in the very next day. Not only did Hattie manage to get the jewellery back in but also gave me information and tips on keeping it clean as well as how to heal the bump which has appeared next to my piercing. Very professional lady and very clean studio. I highly recommend and I am heading back for a jewellery change later this year.Could not fault the service I received, thank you so much ❤️
