I contacted Andy for a massage and he was fast to respond and really flexible when I was earlier than expected for my appointment. Really experienced and knowledgeable in not only massage but also nutrition, Andy gave me a good few tips on this too- bonus! Lovely relaxing massage, I really enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Have always been a bit sceptical about massages for aches and pains but even after the first session I felt the benefits. Muscles feel more relaxed and movement across back and shoulders much better. Andy offers advise on a more healthy eating and general living regime but one step at a time for me! Would highly recommend.
