Easy Bathrooms & Tiles

Very disappointed with the Sale, Manchester branch of Easy Bathrooms.We had booked in for a home visit and taken time out to be available only for the bathroom designer not to turn up.We phoned Easy bathrooms when nobody turned up and they said nobody was coming out but was aware of my appointment.They didn't even have the courtesy to inform me that they weren't coming out to my property.Very poor customer service and in my opinion I'd avoid this place if I was looking for a new bathroom.

They have various setups of bathrooms. Nicely set up. The staff is friendly and helps you with your questions.

Would genuinely recommend using these only if you’ve got no other option.Bought a bathroom suite here last summer, and used one of their recommended fitters to do the job.The side panel was the wrong length, leading to it splitting pretty quickly after being fitted. Put in for a replacement and was asked to pay for the new part, despite the fault being at manufacturer/fitter.Once that was resolved, we received the new panel - an end panel rather than a replacement for the side panel. At the second attempt got the right panel piece but then unable to get hold of the fitter, again who had been recommended by the store.Am currently in the process of replacing the panel myself and having to do a reseal due to leaks coming through into the kitchen, barely 12 months after ‘purchase and fit’ completed.As I say, go with them if you don’t have another option, but honestly I’d try elsewhere.

Got our timing just right for once, Darren was supremely helpful and happy to offer advice. With the additional discount applied to my order Easy Bathrooms were very competitive and after looking around the showroom I'm confident that the quality of the products is excellent. I found them very helpful, easy to do business with and very professional overall. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Super helpful staff. Spent time showing me lots of different bathroom tiles, wanted something showy as a feature wall. Went to 2 other tile shops before coming back here. Fantastic hidden gem

Good selection and showroom is well set up. What wasn’t so good though is the staff member ordered the wrong tile edging which we didn’t discover till they were being fitted, then they didn’t have the size I needed. Also, I wasn’t told that unused boxes of tiles can only be brought back within 30 days. That’s crazy…trying to organise trades people to come makes that almost impossible to coordinate. They took the tiles back in the end but charged a restocking fee and also took a percentage off. Not great tbh.

I used Easy Bathroom’s to update / change a bathroom into a walk-in shower. All the staff are professional and Uber helpful. They listened to my brief and designed a great room exactly as we wanted. Forget the rest and go direct to the best. Thank you Team Sale.

Be careful if you buy tiles here and don't trust their promise that unused boxes can be returned. Promised me that I could return unused tiles as long as they are full boxes. When I tried to return 2 boxes however they refused saying the tile colour shades might not match if they tried to sell the ones I was trying to return along with others in stock ! Their terms and conditions do not allow this it seems. Why then was a false promise made ?
