Used company twice now, simple and straight forward to order, fitter arrived when they said he would (think is name is Craig), really please with fitting done to a high standard. Good quality carpet and underlay for reasonable price. Will be using in future again

A refreshing change to receive such a helpful( nothing too much trouble) service. Visited several flooring outlets before Carpet Mill and just wished I'd have gone to them first.

We use this local company on a regular basis and always happy with price, quality and service.The carpet fitter used this time was very professional, friendly , prompt and fit the carpets beautifully.

Grumpy staff, well one in particular, no customer service skills. Not sure why! This has usually been my go to place with very helpful staff. We've had loads of carpets from here in the 20 plus years we have lived in the village. Won't be going again.

We used Carpet Mill for our new build home and are absolutely delighted with the work done. Dealt with three different people in store, all were helpful and friendly. Our quote was much cheaper than another place we looked. Fitters came on separate days to fit vinyl downstairs and carpet upstairs, both pieces of work look fantastic! Thank you.

Avoid this company. Had 2 vinyl floors laid by the same fitters in the space of one month. Twice laid badly coverd in bumps and not glued correctly. The company don't care once they have your money and devoid themselves of any responsibility. its between you and the shoddy fitters we use now is the attitude. The staff are also very arrogant rude defensive and argumentative with the acception of one member of staff called Wayne. They even refused to come and inspect the vinyl second time it was laid wrong this is how much they care. They even had an argument with each other when I went in to politely complain in front of me. Unprofessional money grabbers avoid. The fitters won't even repair the floor without having to start from scratch so I'm basically 300 pounds out of pocket with a poorly laid kitchen floor

Avoid, they are only interested in your money, zero customer service.Arrived at their shop with comprehensive measurements of the room, Steve worked out how much was needed and money changed hands, the fitter arrived and advised not enough carpet was ordered even though the measurements given in the shop were correct, I returned back to see them where their salesman, Steve,decided to blame myself, quite aggressively i might add, for wanting to do it on the cheap which is a complete fabrication. After a discussion between the two salesmen they decided they hadn't ordered enough, charged me more money for extra carpet and ordered it.One week later they return again with more carpet to fit which is a mismatch to the original. Once they have your money they don't care after that and blame their faults on the customer.

I purchased some kaardean to cover the whole of my ground floor hallway /living room/dining room/kitchen initially I didn’t want a border but changed my mind after a short time so called them to ask he to order one six weeks before it was due to be installed but they said it was too late to order it then .The morning it was due to be laid the fitter arrived and asked why I didn’t want a border I told him it was too late when I decided but he told me it definitely wasn’t and he could get me one for the next day and indeed he did .After spending a lot of money over the years at this place On my property and also a flat I own I won’t be going there again as they obviously just couldn’t be bothered
