I do olympic weightlifting competitively and Janine helps me strengthen imbalances in my body which in turn complements my lifting technique and keeps my body active during my drills. Expert knowledge and very professional. Fantastic studio!

I have been going to Janine of Pilates Magic for several years, first for 1-2-1 sessions, then for duos and now in a small class. I can't praise Janine highly enough. Although I had done exercise all my life and thought I was reasonably fit, Janine quickly identified several areas of my body which were not working. With her help, my body has changed and become stronger and I now also get more benefit from other exercise I do.

It's Magic! I can't recommend Janine and Pilates Magic highly enough.Last year I suffered extremely painful muscle spasms in my back, but was lucky enough to find Pilates Magic. The transformation has been miraculous so I owe Janine a big THANK YOU. She's relaxed but very knowledgable, and the sessions are fun.
