such lovely staff, are so accommodating and gentle, Mirabella grooms my dog and always explains the process to me and gives me options if I’m not sure what length to go for. always so lovely to my bobo!! also took some lovely photos of my dog Christmas themed which came out adorable

Used Ali for our Cavapoo puppy first full groom. Very pleased with the outcome, luna looks great. Great professional advice given and listened and delivered what we wanted. 10/10 will be returning in future.

July saw our first visit with our dog Harry after the groom room pets at home cancelled at a days notice. The staff were lovely very attentive to Harry and did a superb cut/groom2nd visit Today 26/10/2023. Not sure who did Harry's first cut but as with our first visit all staff were welcoming and Mirabella did an excellent job ....,would thoroughly recommend

Fabulous!!! Elise managed to get all the tartar off my Labrador Milo’s teeth. It was really thick on his molars and took 4 sessions to get it all off but now he doesn’t need an anaesthetic. I could not be happier. Milo is terrified of shiny floors and Elise went to so much trouble, laying out towels on the floor so he wasn’t scared. I really recommend you give them a try.

Our mini poodle Ozzy had his second puppy groom with Mirabella today and he looks great, his coat was getting quite long and she has trimmed his wild locks and he now looks very handsome. Mirabella also helped answer some of our queries with her professionalism and knowledge, great job thank you.

Alfie was a bit nervous to go to groomers after a bad experience left him with a badly cut lip which needed stitches. However Mirabella and Caitlin were very understanding and wonderful with him and Alfie felt relaxed and co-operative with them . His groom was amazing and I have booked his next appointment already. Definitely recommend!!

Thank you Mirabella for looking after our cockapoo, Purdie. She was overdue for a groom and had quite a lot of matting. Purdie was nervous, we were nervous… but Mirabella was very kind and looked after her beautifully. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Had a few grooms here at dogwood addlestone. My dog has always been well groomed and cared for. Alway been considerate of the advice I've had from the vet and worked towards what I feel my dog needs and always looks and smells beautiful. Special thanks to Mirabella and Fran who always do an excellent job.

Mirabella was fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. She really looked after my dog, he came out looking like a new puppy. They spend time doing the grooming, clean his ears and cut his nails. They get to know the dogs and make sure they are as comfortable as possible.
