I had a great experience with Fareham B&Q customer service, Paul helped and advised regarding the item that I bought as the delivery people gave me a wrong info that I could not change my delivery address and I had to cancel . I am glad that Paul amended the Delivery address and I did not need to cancel my order.Happy with Sale Advice Team :)

The holder for threshold strips really needs to be redesigned. They are very difficult to get out due to said design. They are obviously frequently damaged when they are put in, so you have to take time to pick out ones that aren’t scratched or bent. Besides that the store is fine and the staff are nice.

Went there the other day, I really did not have anything specific that I wanted to purchase at the time, so I was really browsing. As I was looking around, I noticed plenty of articles of all these different categories. Very useful stuff was being sold. There was also an outside area, which had so many flowers and plants, it is really nice. I ended up getting a couple of plants and a couple of house articles.

Nice store, great for smaller items but hedge end hold more stock, being a larger store.This store isn't laid out the same as hedge end so finding things can be difficult if it's not your regular store.

In the last few weeks I've gone into return and pick up items. I've had no worries at all. I had 3 big heavy panels to return and a member of staff happily helped me bring them in, from the car.I also needed to find some bubble wrap to help me cover a front bumper, which I needed to post. A member of staff directed me on where to find it. I also went to check out and the lady behind the counter was positive and friendly. Keep up the great work staff!

I spend lots of time & money in fareham B&Q segensworth as I’m doing a home renovation. It’s my go to store. Not just for the products but because the customer service is very good. This is just what is needed when occupied with the job in hand & needing help or direction.This week I was assisted very ably by Shannon who managed my return and purchase of alternative cooker & hob package & buying an alternative. huge range of goods. The prices are higher than Screwfix (part of the same parent group) for the same or similar gardware items but it is conveniently local. Decent car park, and close to A27.Wickes is cheaper (and offers trade prices) but is 4 miles away.
