My family gp sends our prescriptions straight here but no matter how long I leave it, its never ready when I go to collect. The 7 people working in the shop will literally avoid eye contact when after 12 minutes in the shop my very simple medication is still not ready. I'm ignored when I'm ask why it's taking so long. They just stop making eye contact. I'm not a problem customer and I have kept polite. Next time I'm at my gps I will be asking them to put a note to NEVER under any circumstances send the prescription here

Been using this pharmacy for years to collect my repeat prescription, general advice and for travel tests. The pharmacy staff are lovely, pharmacist is very professional and the pharmacy is always clean creating a positive experience every time.

Shehab has been a great help when my GP practice let me down in my time of need. They made a mistake in the prescription and he went out of his way to order from supplier ahead of the prescription slip to make sure I had what I needed over the weekend. My GP practice was the complete opposite with a Computer says NO attitude and request that I book another appointment to get the prescription corrected which would be on Monday when its Friday. They made it very difficult to get a corrected prescription before the weekend. SoShehab was fantastic! Thank you!

Unprofessional and lazy staff. Every single time prescriptions are sent to this pharmacy they aren’t ready for collection even when they say they will be. Waiting times are excessive they are so slow. When items are ready they can’t be bothered to let you know until you have to go and ask. Prices are sky high compared to other shops. Think twice before visiting here. No longer a community pharmacy.

Staff here are very friendly and helpful, they always have medicines stocked up so that anything you need is readily available without being told to come back the following day which is what I've experienced with other local pharmacies. Also what makes them stand out is their personable approach to customers, remembering customers needs and repeat oders, that aren't on prescription, are real qualities in a busy place like this, so a massive thankyou to Sehab and the team for always going above and beyond, it is very much appreciated.

I had a lovely experience at Laser Pharmacy today. The pharmacist was very helpful and made sure I got my prescription quickly. He also offered me a free blood pressure test - the lady that took my blood pressure readings was also very professional.

Sehab and the laser pharmacy team services were exemplary. I was quickly looked after a severe infection and was promptly able to get this rectified in quick succession. Highly knowledgeable team with a massive customer service etiquette.
