Ryan and the team at Leak Proof Roofing Services helped us with emergency repairs following some damage to our chimney stack and roof. They kept us updated, and I can’t believe how quickly they worked clearing the area to make our house safe and secure. They worked tirelessly in the heat getting cherry pickers, scaffolding out and all the work done within 8 hours. We will be using them to complete the long term repairs no question. Even the office staff called us to check in and make sure we were doing okay, and all the paperwork and reports were shared quickly and efficiently. Thank you for all your help so far!Review Update (21/7/2023)Since the initial emergency work that Ryan and the team did, Leak Proof Roofing has since done a brilliant job on our home, completing all the necessary repairs. Our gable wall was repaired to an excellent standard and looks amazing. We've also had a new roof - and despite storms/wind and rain, the team worked through all the bad weather to complete this big job. They cleared up our garden from all the building damage as well and went above and beyond to getting our home back better than before! We would recommend them for any building work - big or small! Absolute gents!

During the rough weather we endured during the recent storm Babet, a leak appeared in the upstairs.The guys turned up on the same day in bad weather it was raining and made a temporary fix to the roof and stop any further rain coming in.It was a relief as the weather got worse.Thank you to the lads who were great and considerate.

Leak proof came out to our commercial building in the city center this weekend for an emergency, they erected a scaffold and got the job fixed really quick without any fuss.I was really pleased to get this issue sorted so fast before any major damage . Great response, I definitely recommend this company for any roofing work.

Needed original skylight replacing and a false ceiling installing. Wanted to retain some natural light so Ryan recommended a sun tunnel. Great job, guys turned up on time, kept me informed all the way through the work and made sure everywhere was tidied when they finished. Would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the service provided. Ryan gave a clear plan of the work which included a new full roof replacement and two flat roofs, and gave regular updates as the work progressed. The crew were hard working and respectful. They completed the work ahead of the initial timescale and cleared up each evening before they left. Really grateful for the expediency of this company. I was also very pleased with the two gentleman who attended today when my over-flowing gutter was causing a leak into my property from pooling on my bay window. They cleared the guttering, provided a temporary cover & offered advice for further remedial work needed. From the initial call with Stacey in the office who kindly offered a re-negotiated price, the two gentleman attended within a 2hr time frame & I feel confident the cause of the problem has been stopped for now. Really grateful for the responsive & professional service. I will certainly be a returning customer for the remedial works needed. Happy customer ☺
