The Barn at Upcote

My husband and I got married at Upcote in August and words cannot describe how amazing the venue is. It was absolutely perfect for the kind of wedding we wanted, the staff were incredible with plenty of meetings/checking in beforehand and helping us set up the day before. They were absolutely amazing on the day, helping to organise everyone and just making the day run completely smoothly, it was so nice to know we didn’t have to worry about those things so we could just fully enjoy our day, they took a lot of the stress off us for the day. They were hugely accommodating for our 3 crazy dogs who we had at the wedding for the ceremony and for the photos/drinks reception and they looked after them so so well. They went above and beyond throughout the whole day and we will be forever grateful to them. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, even with the weather not being the best on our day it still looked beautiful both in person and in photos! They have everything you need there if it does rain including a large gazebo so that guests can still enjoy being outside. Thank you so so much Upcote for making our day so fabulous!!!

When we first had a viewing at the barn, we immediately knew that this was the place we wanted to get married. From the start staff were so kind, friendly and down to earth. We booked our wedding date quite far in advance and throughout this time the Barn maintained contact by touching base; the communication was fantastic. On the big day our guests were overwhelmed by the beauty of the Barn. Despite the weather being overcast the barn remained gorgeous. In particular, my American family loved that the Barn has such a Cotswold feel; being perfectly secluded in Withington. The staff ensured the day was exactly as we wanted, relaxed and laid back, and we felt at ease knowing they would facilitate our order of the day as previously discussed. To note, I had a 'lucky six pence' attached to my wedding dress which my mum wore at her wedding. It was not until the next day that we noticed it had fallen off. My mum called the Barn and incredibly the staff combed throughout the grounds and found this tiny six pence and mailed it back to us. I cannot imagine how difficult this must have been and I am so grateful to them for this. My husband and I cannot recommend the Barn enough, it was a pleasure to get married here in July and we are so thankful to the Barn for having us!

Words can not describe how perfect this venue is. We first viewed the barn back in November 2019 and fell in love with it the moment we saw it even in the pouring rain.We had our big day a few weeks back and I could not picture getting married anywhere else.The staff are so welcoming and made us feel at ease every step of the way! (even when my husband's suit split they were on hand with a sewing kit for us)If you are looking for an intimate venue with amazing staff and stunning views then look no further than The Barn at Upcote.

Words don't justify just how beautiful this venue is. We got married here a few weeks ago and it was simply amazing from start to finish. The staff are just incredible, very professional, attentive and will do anything to make sure you have the best day ever. The venue has everything you need in one place for a great wedding. Lots of space with beautiful scenery. I wish I was getting married all over again. Thank you to all of the staff. You made our day very very special.

Came here for a wedding and the set up for the property was beautiful. The staff here were also all great. It’s a great venue.A big concern for me that is that you have to take the stairs. This is challenging for people who have mobility issues. I understand that the stairs are a focal point of the venue, but they should invest in putting a ramp somewhere to increase accessibility.

A beautiful, scenic venue with wonderfully friendly, helpful and warm staff. I had a great time celebrating a wedding for one of my best friends at this place. I hope I get to attend another one at this lovely place.
