Fantastic one-to-one personal training, Lee is friendly and encouraging, he has created a great personal fitness programme for me which is flexable and allowing me to reach my fitness goals. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get fitter and feel better about themselves.

Such a great space in Rochdale, Lee has been a great PT helping me get back to where I was pre-pregnancy and become way more toned and stronger. He's friendly and easy to talk to our sessions are great and go really quick because of it. Plus he has been fantastic letting me bring my baby when I've struggled for childcare which has made it so much easier for me to get my workouts in. Would( and have) highly recommend.

Lee is brilliant makes you feel really comfortable without being Judge mental. I’d let myself go in lock down and need a kick start Lee has help me understand where I was going wrong in that past. Just Brilliant

I started training with Lee has a short term plan to get me back into the swing of training but I was getting so much from the sessions I decided to stop going to the gym and just train with Lee. I’m stronger and fitter than I’ve ever been.

The studio has a great set up. I train at 6.30AM as well and the opening times allow Me no excuses!

I've had such a fantastic experience training with Lee at Future Fit. He has taught me good practicing for strengthening and conditioning my body, motivated me and kept me accountable for achieving my goals and body ambitions and the best part is the price structure and the final outcomes, don't believe me check out my 'before and after' progress shots.Lee is such a great person too, and gets to know each client personally and therefore able to make bespoke training programs to suit each individual. Lee doesn't make you feel like another client who's signed up to a gym class or session like at these chain branches. You are the focal point!That's what I love the most...and the pricing too.

I was looking for a trainer who’s full of energy and full of passion and I’m glad I came across future fit on google, I contacted Lee(personal trainer) who was quick to reply and So far the sessions have been amazing, challenging and educational. I highly recommend anyone who’s looking to lose weight to contact Lee who will be sure to amaze you as he did for me since I joined. The atmosphere is amazing and really well put together with all the relevant gym equipment.
