Faultless from start to finish. Attentive and responsive service from Leigh Hall. The store/showroom is in Gedling, so a little out of the way but well worth the visit and there's easy local parking. Superb range of floorings and carpets. My needs were carefully listened to, then I was guided through the purchase, and the required follow up for installation and aftercare. Highly recommended - I'd give it 5*+.

Amazing help when deciding which carpet very friendly and great service, so happy with the carpet and the fitter Matt was brilliant strongly recommend. Will definitely use again when stairs need doing.

We had our lounge/diner carpeted with KingHall, we have used them before to clean our carpets but they were beyond saving this time. We went into their nice showroom and got some advice about which carpets would actually last more than 2 years before flattening, as the children have flown the nest we decided on a nice wool carpet and they even added a 2 year stain protector for free.Overall very happy with the purchase and the fitter was a nice young chap too.
