Easy Panels

IMPORTANT: EXAMINE YOUR SHOWER PANELS EXTREMELY CAREFULLY BEFORE CUTTING! I ordered two grey sparkle panels on 23/02/23 from Easy Panels and after receipt I trimmed the panels to fit my shower. Unfortunately I did this one evening in my landing which in hindsight probably didn’t have the best of light, before placing the cut panels in the bathroom shower which had downlights. I was dismayed to see lines running through the panels which were clearly a manufacturing fault. I contacted Easy Panels who informed me that they could not replace the panels because I had cut them, as per their terms and conditions! I sent them photos clearly highlighting the problem with batch numbers etc but all they would offer me was free transport for replacement items. The lines running through the panels completely ruined the look and I was forced to purchase two more. If it wasn’t for the fact that Easy Panels were the cheapest I would definitely have gone elsewhere, but decided I wouldn’t cut off my nose to spite my face! Easy Panels customer service is not good therefore carefully check panels on receipt! I was so annoyed with myself for not doing so! I DO NOT RECOMMEND EASY PANELS!

You have been warned do not buy from this company , had a couple of panels out of the 17 I’ve purchased in the past ,which had a faulty colour and only noticed once it was on the wall and cut as the bathroom light is a lot brighter they would not replace it , First Lady I spoke was apologetic on Friday and promised it would be sorted out and I’d have a call , which the call never happened so today Monday another lady told me there t&c dont allow replacements, trading standards are involved and agree with me the sales of good act 2015 .but how pathetic is this if it was a customer you was doing work for and this company does this to you , the job would be finished and out of pocket , this is what there owner saysHere at Easy Panels

Absolutely thrilled! I was a little worried with some of the bad reviews on here, but after speaking to my tiler he recommended your website and said its great from there. The colour is just what I was after and the sparkles are amazing. I love it! Delivery was quick, took only a couple of days and showed up well packaged and delivered in the garage. Thank you so much.

Contacted this company twice. On both occasions I received excellent customer service from Lewis. My 16 year old bathroom has had an amazing makeover. I used the panels to create feature walls. Thank you Easy Panels!

Really happy with the service and prices. From the initial phone call where I asked what I would need for my bathroom, there was a quick email response and even the delivery driver was very helpful offering installation advice.

Used east panels recently to give my bathroom a spruce up, just put in a second order to make over my downstairs bathroom. Highly recommend to any one. Good quality products and easy to install. Really happy with the outcome. 10/10. Have told everyone I know to use them for future projects. Thanks again east panel!!

Very poor quality and poor customer service. Ordered 10mm panels to ensure they are high quality however very disappointed, the panels are thin and damage easily. Also ordered chrome coving and trim, it looks cheap and tacky. Avoid this company, they refuse to take responsibility for poor quality. I ordered items three weeks ago and didn’t get around to fitting until now so only just realised how poor they are. Contacted easy panels they said over 14 days so tough! Disgraceful company. I ended up throwing all the panels away!

Ordered and delivered within five working days, panels are fantastic and have transformed the cloakroom. Delivery driver was brilliant, super helpful and polite. Customer services were also very nice when I contacted them. Will have no hesitation to both use and recommend this company in the future.

Awful company to use. Charge £29.99 for delivery. Then call the day of delivery to say the vehicles broken down and my delivery will be delayed to tomorrow, I have my fitter coming TODAY which is when my delivery was promised - bear in mind this is my second order with them and funnily enough the vehicle broke down and delayed my order last time! Disgusting customer services and will NOT be using them again.
