Floor Sanding & Polishing London recently sanded down and varnished all of the wooden floors in my flat and I was over the moon with the results. The floors were extremely scratched in places and they have restored them to their original condition - they look brand new! The whole team were easy to liaise with and the work was done efficiently and professionally. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants their wooden floors to be restored to their original state.

ok, where to start...Floor sanding & polishing London is not actually Ltd company as they present themself on their web site, they do not appear on the Companies House listing, I think they are sole traders and they just misrepresent which already is a criminal offence as far as I know . They accepted the job (floor buffing) but once on site they decided that are unable to complete the job and left, next day when I asked them for my deposit to be paid back, they said it will not happened because I cancelled the job and its not refundable. When I asked them for deposit invoice and company details (reg number and address) as I want to take the case to the Small Claim Court they never responded. So I am warning you guys...avoid this company at all cost.

We don't need to test another floor company, because we found a solid partner with you. We had some tragic experience with other deals, so I'm telling you - when you find something good, you should stick with it!

We contacted Floor Sanding & Polishing as we were about to move homes and our new house had damaged floors with peeling varnish. We wanted the job doing as soon as possible to avoid disruption to moving our furniture in and Steve and team could not have been more responsive and helpful in booking in a site visit as well as provisional date to carry out the work, all at very short notice. Everything happened on time as promised by Bobby and colleague and we are delighted with the results. Feels like a different floor and it's transformed the rooms.
