Chameli Chowdhury gave us the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. We purchased Lamborghini Urus from her and she gave us accurate information of the vehicle and response to queries were turned around very fast. Lamborghini Birmingham was the easiest dealership I worked with. I had wonderful experience purchasing vehicle and with the help of Chameli the entire process was stress free and pleasant. Chameli was very thorough and knowledgeable and she was able to find me the right vehicle that suited my needs. I will give 5 star without any hesitation. Thanks to Chameli and her team for help and support. We will come back to you again!!!!

This dealership has let me down hugely. My initial purchase of my vehicle was extremely distressing and took months to finally receive my car. I was promised Lamborghini number plates and wasn't provided with these. I was also informed I would receive a free service as part of the transaction. Within a month my vehicle needed to be returned to the dealership for remedial work and whilst the car was in Birmingham they advised me they should have carried out a service for the car before it was handed over to me. I agreed for them to do this and they confirmed also that it would not impact my free service which was agreed as part of the transaction.My car was due for service recently - approximately two weeks ago. Not only did they try to charge me for the service - they advised it would be a major service and the charge would be four times the usual cost. They made a full effort to charge me for the service cost. They then charged me nearly £5k for tyres without as much as providing me with an estimate. They failed to provide a courtesy vehicle and my vehicle was with them for quite some time - and when it was then returned they advised me that the work on the car had actually not been fully completed (after initially telling me it had). To add to the horrendous service they addressed me incorrectly by name. Not the wisest action when the customer is disgruntled already. Not a great experience at all - no call back either from management despite being promised one and no response to my formal complaint.

I had a fantastic experience with Chameli and Greg! Their professionalism and assistance were outstanding. Their expertise and guidance throughout, along with their team's attention to detail, truly impressed me. It is inspiring to witness their level of dedication. Highly recommended.

Great place to Visit and Buy a Lamborghini. The Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Alex he is the best.

Service 10/10!We have had the most wonderful experience and it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Imran and Greg. Initially we were dealing with another dealership whose service was terrible and pushy! From the minute I made that telephone call and spoke with Imran I just knew where I wanted my car from!The whole experience was commendable from beginning to end. It was easy, stress free and I never felt I couldn’t reach out if unsure. The after sales service has also been fantastic with Imran checking in to ensure we were happy. I have never seen that before.We are delighted with the purchase of our Urus and I know this will most certainly be the start of many more dealings with this amazing team. Thank you.

Bought a car off Lamborghini Birmingham. They were very helpfilul from.start to finish, answered all our questions at the start and very quickly arranged for us to see the car.We made a deal and the handover day was very efficient, well done and enjoyable. They even gave us a couple of thoughtful presents on the day.Recommended, an enjoyable experience and a very nice car.

I went down to Lamborghini Birmingham just to record the cars the staff were extremely friendly and the gave me a couple goodies like 2 books and a water battle I saw the svj xago and they let me up close to have a look which was extraordinary so I thank you so much definitely worth visiting.

Very professional team, warm welcome on arrival. I went with my 6 year old as a day out. All acknowledged my son whilst he was having a good mooch around all the cars. Just how a car showroom should be. Fun and exciting experience

I visited the Lamborghini dealership yesterday with my 2 daughters, Ava 10 and Poppy 8. Ava absolutely loves lambourgini’s and asks me every weekend if we can visit the showroom.Not sure on whether or not we would be allowed to just look at the cars, we walked in and were greeted by 2 friendly ladies - Ellie and Stacey. Straight away they were really welcoming and were pleased to have girls interested in their cars for a change. They let us take photos and sit in 1 of the cars, they also gave the girls a cap and a book and allowed them to freely explore the showroom. I never expected to receive such warm hospitality, Ellie and Stacey made us feel really welcome and enjoyed talking to my children, they even gave them biscuits and sweets! Thankyou for giving Ava ‘one of the best days of her life!’
