They promise free collections but they never collect. When you ring, they do pick up the phone but the stock response is 'tomorrow'. Tomorrow never comes. 2 weeks, 8 phone calls, no service.

Just another typical back street recycling yard that has out grown itself. If you are an HGV driver be prepared for a long wait as normal.

I called them first thing monday morning regarding their offer of a FREE skip for Paper & Cardboard. Same day/evening i received the skip and once ready they collected from us! Thanks for that. I will be in contact again soon

I worked for them for 3 days with no training and was laid off by text message when asked what the the reason for this they would not give me a reason. They were unprofessional had customers call back repeatedly about why there skips hadn't been emptied. The owner was rude with staff and delivery drivers to the point one of the drivers threatened to call the police. I wouldn't recommend them to any business.

We find Manchester Paper Plastic to offer a good service taking all our used cardboard boxes, which saves us the trouble of disposing of them plus does that little bit to help the planet by recycling.

Completely useless. They never turn up. You ask them to be honest so you can plan your business needs but they always say yes you are on the drivers list for a collection today."Then another no show. So you phone back and they say sorry it will be tomorrow definately

I was asked by a family member to source a reliable Manchester / UK based waste management company & After days of trying and several phone calls with other companies i still didnt get the information needed, then i was refered to MPP from google and instantly after our first call they gave me all the information i needed, helped arrange a collection for us and took my contact details for future services!! Thank you MPP! Such a great team & great business! Thanks so much!

I am very disappointed with the level of professionalism with this company. A lady Samerah contacted me to arrange a interview which she also sent me an email confirmation to that effect confirming it. On the day of the interview i went to the office and informed a member from the team i was scheduled for an interview. Someone from the team informed me the person dealing with interview was on a day off. i believe they contacted her to find out and she then contacted me on my phone to apologize and to inform me she will contact me tomorrow. i did not hear from her the next day so i contacted her the day after and she rudely said i am not currently dealing with it and i will call you back. She didn't even bother calling me back. What a waste of my time! Atleast have the decency of rescheduling or doing an interview in many other forms.my father in law uses this company and its a shame that they have no morals.

Very poor communication and terrible service extremely rude attitude highly unreccomend this company
