Wow I thought I was the only one complaining about this place but guess everyone isOrdered a latte to the tune of £4.25!! The latte wasnt even brewed or stirred properly the incompetent so called joke a of a barista just threw everything in. Tables are always dirty, yet there's hardly any customers here... I saw a cleaner get rid of the rubbish off the tablets but there was no wiping or disinfecting involved!

Absolutely rude and horrible service. This costa franchise needs to shut. False advertising on Christmas offers, overcharging coffees and complete lack of care. Absolutely disappointing, do you not have any quality control Costa?! Who regulates your franchises?
