Lancaster Garden Rooms

Lancaster Garden Rooms built us a garden room to be used as a home office this Summer. John and Phil were able to offer us just what we needed with a few adaptations to fit in with our taste. From start to finish they were a pleasure to have around, were neat and tidy and well skilled at what they do. After previous nightmares with builders it's great to finally have a quality job done by builders who actually care about their work and craft. Thanks John and Phil!

If your desire is for a special, one-off garden room, built to your exact requirements, these are the people to go to.I had a very restricted, irregular site for my building ( spurned by others) but they welcomed the challenge.I now have a unique, 9m2 irregular hexagonal building!Jon and Phil are highly skilled in all the building and finishing processes required, and everything was completed to perfection.My garden room was to function as an Art Studio, and they made and fitted bespoke shelving/storage/work surfaces for me.They also moved and re-positioned some very large stones in order to improve the access and re-gravelled a large area of ground which very much improved the approach to the garden room.As if all of that is not enough, they are SO good to work with (I was consulted whenever necessary,) they are very well organised and always left the site in a tidy state at the end of the day.I can recommend Jon and Phil unreservedly.And most important of all - I absolutely love it!

Lancaster Garden Rooms have built a 12m2 garden room for us. The room is muĺti purpose. We use it as an office , cinema room and garden lounge. We absolutely love it!The work carried out was very professional and to a very high quality and standard. Professional, courteous and really know their stuff and enjoy their work.They kept us informed every step of the way and consulted with us on everything including deciding on the right size for our garden. Nice extras included Wi-Fi mesh net system, down lights externally, hanging blinds, decorating and new fencing all around the garden.If you are considering a garden room,we highly recommend this company. We love ours!

I can't tell you how impressed I am with my new garden room. I went for the 4x3 and I honestly can't believe how spacious it is!Jon & Phil have been consistent throughout the whole process, the work that goes into the build of these is unbelievable and from start to finish they do it all, even down to the decorating.I've had the outside edges landscaped with plants and natural and it really sets it off.I love the garden room when it's illuminated in the evening and I think I could live in there!Highly recommend these two guys for a luxury garden room.Thanks so much LGR.
