The Property Place
After 3 years with The property place we are extremely saddened to not be tenants of theirs anymore. The whole team have been fantastic throughout our tenancy from day 1, especially Emma who has gone above and beyond. The professionalism and overall friendless of this firm is hard to find in this modern day and me and my family are truly greatfull for everything you have done for us and will highly recommend you to all that will listen.

We’ve had an amazing 2 years renting through the property place. All the staff are really helpful and friendly and we have never had any issues at all. They are extremely attentive and are quick to reply to emails which is a bonus, we bonded really well with a few of them, especially Emma and Kelly. We were devastated to leave our apartment and would definitely still be tenants of the property place if it wasn’t for us needing somewhere bigger. We would definitely recommend them to anyone due to our great experience and memories made in our flat over the last two years.

Just finishing my 3+ year tenancy with The Property Place and I can say with certainty that this has been my best renting experience. Everyone has always gone above and beyond and every problem with the flat was resolved quickly.I would recommend The Property Place to everyone, do yourselves a favour and chose them, there really isn't anyone like them in Manchester.A special thank you to Emma and Laura, you have been amazing, keep up the good work.

Was in temporary accommodation for 2 years looking for the perfect house for me and my family when we finally came across a lovely property offered by the property place. Emma went above and beyond for us, offering us a viewing when she didn't need to and we've loved it so much we was moved in by the next week. The whole turn over was so quick and perfect.
