Green Laundrette & Dry Cleaning

Excellent service and very friendly management. Service was very flexible and worth using this laundrette. The staff went the extra mile in helping out and taking time to talk through the services and what I wanted. The dry on low setting to protect the clothing was a great feature and appreciated.

Brought in some clothes for washing and few items for dry cleaning. They mixed it up, and washed the items I had asked to be dry cleaned. Ruined the colors on my vibrant black shorts and pink buttoned shirt. I always had these items dry cleaned since the day that I bought them (never washed) to preserve the colors. When I got them back, the items were inside the bag with washed clothes, not ironed and hung on hangers. The color on the black shorts had very clearly faded. The owner started arguing, lying and making up stories. Only offered a partial refund on the dry cleaning cost. When I complained, he said it was exactly like this when you brought it in". I asked if he had taken pics

Their responsiveness and smooth customer care instantly put me at ease.Upon my arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who were ready to assist me with my laundry. The entire process was incredibly smooth and the overall experience was exceptional. The staff's dedication to providing top-notch service, even at late hours, truly sets them apart. I needed to wash/dry my laundry and only had a short window to do it before I left London. The owner was very friendly and even stayed open a bit later to finish drying. The machines were efficient and quick. I had a great experience and highly recommend this place to get your laundry done.

When you go to a laundrette, you normally get no service and no one to help you. In this laundrette however you get Mr Khan, he is amazing! He goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. I wondered in an hour before he was due to close with a piles of washing that took up all his machines, he was very helpful and even stayed open a little bit later to help me finish my washing. Prices are reasonable too and card payment accepted was very helpful.100% would use again!

Would give -5 if it were possible.Poor communication skills and abysmal customer service. The man that runs this place is incredibly rude; he needs to learn some manners and how to speak kindly to human beings. Above all, he is a misogynist and provides preferential treatment to Caucasians. I feel sorry for local residents who have no other option. Will most definitely not be returning here and strongly advise people to find an alternative, get rich or die trying.Edit: Impossible to reply to comments. Of course the owner will reply to this and state that the customer was in the wrong. It just highlights his arrogance. It's not fun having a negative experience as a customer, but it is important to warn others about it. Launderette man - if you can't take an honest review, fix up and perhaps gain some people skills so that you'll get more stars. Peace.
