Love visiting this store, staff are super friendly and will go out of their way to help in any way they can its well stocked and very clean. Staff are very knowledgeable and have a great range of fish, coral, tanks etc everything for indoor or outdoor fish. We have a marine tank, tropical tank and a large pond so it's necessary to have a go to place you can trust. Would definitely recommend this store. We live in Peterborough but travel to this store in Huntingdon. Give them a try you won't be sorry.

TERRIBLE SERVICEFollowing advice from Huntingdon store we waited 16 days before introduction of recommended hardy fish species into brand new 30litre tank. Tetra fish x5 were purchased on 20/12/20 with the water quality tested in store prior to purchase. All fish died after 6days (27/12/20) from Ich parasite. (They appear to have been sprinkled with salt).Received appalling service from Tom when calling the Huntingdon store this morning who maintained throughout discussion that they must be suffering from White Spot despite at no point requesting to see the fish, underlining that our guarantee of 48hrs had expired and that parasites could not have come with their stock. Tom’s concern being only to apportion blame and argue with the customer, referring to sales terms which are not supplied with the goods and making no attempt to encourage sending of photos of infected stock or in store visit.My wife who has kept tropical fish on and off for the last 20years really is at a loss to know what else we could have done?We went with in-store adviceWe stocked to their recommended speciesWe stocked to their recommended densityWe stocked into a brand new tankWe stocked at optimum water qualityWe stocked at optimum temperatureWe prepared the tank 16 days in advance of stockingWe made several trips to store to discuss and make selection with store personnelWe stocked fish as per guidance on the bagTo remove stresses we kept them in a quiet room and monitored water quality.Tom refuses to engage meaningfully.Young son in tears watching all his fish die in front of his eyes this morning.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff who are always happy to stop what they're doing to come and help you and advise you. The knowledge and experience of some of these guys is phenomenal and they are always happy to share their wisdom with you and advise you on any issues you may be experiencing with your aquarium. They are even prepared to order more unusual items in for you and carry the risk in case something goes wrong in transit. Recommended.

Great selection of items for fish tanks and various other items

The fish we have had from here have always been a bit touch and go. Some have lasted and some have not. Could be us but my gut feel is it isn’t

Bought some pond plants today, which were fine. Also bought some live daphnia , they come in a little plastic pouch. When I got them home they are all sunk to the bottom, only a few were moving. Don't buy a bag with batch number 1823125, or check carefully that they alive before wasting your money.

Went there and large selection of fish for pond and tanks and lots of fish products highly recommended the staff were nice and have sense of humor and get your fish within seconds I would recommend you get your fish from here

All of the tanks are clean and the fish look healthy. The staff are helpful and got our new fish caught really quickly. Prices are similar to most places so can't complain about that.
