Lovely place lovely ppl on a Thurs night I enjoy it whn it's open even go early to help my friend carry his bags into the place

had a kids party on the weekend, wow the service received was absolutely pathetic. seemed hungover, no care, no where to be seen. complained many a times regarding the temperature which i must say was colder inside than out. the response to our many requests to put the heaters back on was if you dont like it you can leave". kids were playing around with coats and gloves inside the venue. DEFO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE."

I was there throughout the party and I can assure you there was no violence and the staff member said in a rude way that if you are not happy you can leave. As for the payment it was paid in full otherwise you would have not mentioned a refund. I believe these are tatics you are using to cover up. Please be honest and overall a disappointing experience and the host and the family were upset. It was cold no communication from the staff...Will not be using this venue and encouraging others not to use it. Funny thing was I wanted to book next month for a party..but not now...

It was verry verry fun i enjoyed it alot they could have made a better bufay but it was still gelisious

A brilliant Children's Charity which does a tone of good with very little. Every time I hear about the work they do it makes me smile. Top stuff

Absolutely brilliant for your kids to get off the streets & interact with children their age, the staff are lovely & very hands on, aware of your children & their needs, I used to go here many many years ago & it's improved so much since then, I'm quite confident that my child is in good hands when I drop her off & she's always full of smiles when I pick her up, I'd highly recommend this club to anyone that wants their children to be kids in a safe environment.

Absolutely perfect little venue for kids parties. Had my daughters 4th birthday party there and it was perfect. Really great room, good facilities for us to cook pizzas for the kids, bouncy castle and sound system. couldn't ask for a better place and the price was amazing!will definitely be booking future parties here!
