Very disappointed with the kebab i got. Ive had larger kebabs for half the price. I was expecting a monster for £10 as that is more expensive than Golden Grills special. Never finished Golden Grills because too much food. Finished 3Bz with ease as it was small and pretty tasteless and then followed it down with a waffle that had 4, maybe 5 aero bubbles on it and a tiny little pot of ice cream which they had the cheek to charge £5 for. Walk past this whenever i get a takeaway and i will continue to walk past this place every time from now on because I will not be going back. Too expensive, not enough food and lacking in flavour

The food and customer is absolutely amazing

Ordered calzone for pick up and they gave me 2 small ones instead of one 12” which would’ve been okay if they didn’t put the different base sauce on both when i asked for tomato sauce only and one of the calzone was missing extra chicken topping too. This is always the same with these guys as soon you start ordering food more often they will more likely to mess with your order in my case they knowingly did that and didn’t even bother to tell me when i was standing there. This happened to me before when they started their business i was a regular but they just started messing with my orders so i had to stop. Seems like i will have to stop again and for good this time. I would not recommend the service and food is not worth the price.

Ordered on the website & waited almost 2 hours for the food. We rang to see where the food was after an hour and half and got told 3mins. 25mins later still no food. Rang back got told 3mins again and then it finally arrived. When it arrived there wa no salsa on the Visit Mexico"

Order placed for a Donner kebab with a time of just under an hour, no problem with that. Problem is it took 2 1/2 hours, crazy for a small order. Phone constantly busy as though they took it off the hook. Messaged them with the response that order was with driver and number given. Called the poor guy who they fobbed me off onto to find he had no order for me but chased up with them for me.In short it's not cool to lie to your customers, ignore them and miss inform about your ability to provide a service in reasonable time. Too many good takeaways in this town to be suffering this. Thanks but not for me

Love this takeaway, food is amazing, portion sizes are big and cost is good. One of if not the best takeaways in Darwen. I'm not usually a burger person but the burgers are amazing.

Pre order for pick up they said 20mins, went paid for food and then had another 40mins. Wasn’t that great in taste either

the first order was wrong and they made a massive fuss about it took over another hour to get here after the wrong order then finally got it and it the food wasnt great and tasted off and called me a “sisterfucker” while walking away

I went with my Mrs and my daughter, my Mrs had fried noodles and I had fried rice and chicken nuggets for our daughter. Oh my days that food was tasty and delicious. Will definitely recommend

Got a burger and it was absolutely disappointing it was really soggy and not even on the bun won't be ordering from there again
