This is the only company out of 10 that I contacted that actually sent someone in person to look at my property and give an assessment, some of the others just asked me to send photos on whats app which seemed super unprofessional!The sales person talked through my needs and requirement rather than just asking to see past bills to understand my changing needs and give me a tailored solution to fit my requirements and budget.Once agreed, we set an install date, the communication was great, they called the week before to confirm the arrangements and installed when agreed.The system has been working for 2 weeks now and is saving me almost all of my electricity bill!I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clean Switch Solar.

Would be a zero star if possible. Be very very careful. They talk a great talk but do not deliver. The installation was so poor and badly managed they have is a small discount to keep us quiet… however, We are still waiting for installation paperwork to be completed ( and electrical sign off) nearly 5 months later. And their promise to monitor to make sure it’s working…. That doesn’t happen either- our panels have been out since Thursday and not a peep ftom the company

These guys & girls were introduced to us by a friend & what a good recommendation it was. We have nothing but good to say about them. We are hugely impressed by them & the battery storage that they have installed. We have no hesitation in recommending them & indeed they are booked with friends for an installation this month. Nothing is too much trouble for them & without exception all of the team are good people.

Highly recommend this company. Our solar invertor had stopped working and the old installers no longer exist. A friend reccomended this company after using them last year. Clean switch were very responsive and got us back up and running very quickly with a replacement, the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.

lean Switch provided great service and worked with me to have the install meet my needs from the hardware to the wire placement. The where accomodating and professional.

It is not unusual in this day and age to make a phone call and wait a long period of time before somebody answers, working remotely from home. Not Clean Switch. My call was answered very quickly by a knowledgeable person. Everything was explained clearly, a date was set. The survey completed and instalation completed on the date given. Clean Switch admit they are not the cheapest but I would doubt if you could get a better service anywhere. Well done all at Clean Switch. I would highly recommend.

We had a couple of PylonTech batteries added to our existing solar PV system. We had very personal professional service. The installers discussed our wishes about routing the cabling through to our circuit board, and came up with a good solution. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the job in 1 day, but they went the extra mile in helping to set up the monitoring app on my mobile. It is very satisfying to see the electricity we are producing is now being stored for our own use. Looking forward to lower electricity bills soon!
