Cliff and Carrie (and another member of staff whose name I didn't get unfortunately) were all thoroughly professional and couldn't be more helpful. Nobody rushed me, I was given superb assistance with frames and lenses, and the detail Cliff gives throughout the assessment is second to none. I have total trust from the Walsall optical team. A huge thank you to them all!
