Awful service. I left before ordering. I'm vegetarian and they were touching the meats and using the same gloves in the rest of the salad even tho they are supposed to change them.

As you walk into the store, you are shouted at by a small Indian woman to order. Once you read your order out, she doesn't hear it. You say again, she does your order wrong. Seriously this woman needs to get her ears checked. I told her it was the wrong order and she used her grubby hands to swap out the wrong ingredients for the right ones. Total came to 8.54 for a sandwich crisps and a drink, bit overpriced if you ask me. She completely forgot to give me my drink after I paid, so I asked for it and she threw an empty cup at me.Unsurprisingly I asked for the manager but it turns out it was her! Appalling.

Bought meatless sub on Tuesday, having only eaten that and some cereal that day I believe this shop has given me food poisoning, I have sent samples to be investigated... Food Hygiene is only 4 which is odd for a food chain. Seemed really quite mid afternoon on a weekday which is also odd. I'd give it a miss if I were you, if the results come back as something else is causing my illness I will update. Ate 3pm, I'll by 2am following morning

The staff here are very nice and everything always looks clean. It gets a little cramped where you need to queue to get served with tables right next to the line. I know I wouldn't want to sit there. They give proper portions unlike some of the Subways who try to be super cheeky and give you ¾ the amount they should.Today was the first time I went there in 2 years, and I basically forgotten the menu, they were very understanding and helped me understand what they do/don't have anymore.It's a shame the garlic butter has finished, but they tried to see if there was anything out back they could use. Sadly there was not, but they effort if trying was very nice.

The staff here are great. Helpful, friendly, efficient. Highly recommend this branch.Be aware that the car park is very busy, but that is not the fault of the businesses on site.

Had 2 large deals. Didnt receieve drink for either or cookie for either and the chicken bites came without sauce. Someone having a bad day or just can't be bothered?

Every time i order from there i pay for a 500ml bottle of pepsi and they send a 375ml bottle, always parts of meal missing. Can never get through to them on the phone. Not very good service at all

Had a tastes like chicken tikka salad box for the first time. I'm not vegan but trying to cut down on meat. Is it just this subway or are the salad boxes much less full than they used to be. I also find it infuriating in all subways that when you say 'everything' staff ignore that and proceed to ask you about every salad item...everything means everything. Tastes like chicken tikka was quite nice.
