Murrays Opticians

My sister-in-law's first language isn't English. After being in an accident yesterday evening and having her frames bent, she found that other opticians in the city center weren't willing to help her. The helpful ones in the end were Murrays. The woman I talked to on the phone was fabulous. What kind, caring and professional staff. Twenty out of ten, so thankful!!

Professional, kind, compassionate and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for their staff. I would highly recommend this firm as an optician for everyone's optical needs. Thank you.

It was the best experience I had with any optician. They are efficient, helpful and super friendly. They are knowledgeable in their craft with shining personalities. 10/10

1: Arrive 5 minutes before the agreed appointment. They confirmed my personal information and told me to wait. I read good recommendations on google and that's why I went.2: The two receptionists laughing, you ask why the computer did not do what I should do, more laughter, comings, goings, exits outside to another store, I looked at my watch and towards 25 minutes I was there doing nothing, waiting for me to go I would like the receptionists to attend me to do the Eye Test" 25 minutes ... why did they send me an SMS the day before to confirm if I was going to wait for 25 minutes?I honestly believe that they do not need clients and less those who do not leave them money

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Got an appointment very quickly, and the optician who saw me was very kind and patient - she answered any and all questions I had. I really can't recommend this place enough!

Lovely service! I've went multiple times forinot adjustments (some quite major actually lol, a missing leg on my frame) and everytime done free of charge!I definitely feel in debt to get my next pair of glasses from here because they was so nice to me!

Really enjoy coming here. Makes me feel like I live in a village, even though I live in central Manchester, as the staff are friendly and professional and make an effort to know their clients by name. Great selection of frames for the size of the shop. Highly recommended

I got my eye test done from here today. Natasha was my optician. She was very gentle and instructed very well. There was no waiting time at all. Kudos to Lisa who helped my appointment confirmed and also helped to answer my questions. Edendred voucher also accepted here or £35 for eye test. Overall was an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend Murrays for eye examination. Have a good day :)

I accompanied my teenage son to his annual eye examination and received the usual warm welcome on arrival. The test was conducted and all of my questions were answered. We were shown a wide selection of fine glasses to choose from and will be back to pick them up in a few days. What a great service second to none.
