Carrie was amazing she has completely transformed my hair after years of black box dye. I had to bring my small baby with me and everyone in the salon was so helpful and accommodating. Really could not rate or recommend higher

Joanne is very friendly and professional. Second time I have had my hair cut by her and I was very pleased with the styles and service.I like that I can book my appointment online, as it's convenient and fast. The salon is nice and spacious with lovely decor.Many thanks

Me and my mam went in and had our nails done by Mia today. Excellent customer service and a credit to the ladies room. Such a lovely girl, she made us feel comfortable and the whole experience was a pleasure. Will definitely be visiting again!

Carrie is a star. It’s very rare you go into a salon with photos, and come out with exactly what you wanted - only even better. The colour is beautiful. So glad I’ve found a new stylist here in Hartlepool!

Amelia was amazing. She listened to everything I didn’t want and got it absolutely spot on. I felt lovely. My eyes looked gorgeous and I had more than one comment about how natural my make up looked yet how beautiful my eye make up was. I’d definitely recommend Amelia and would definitely come back again to get my make up done by her.

What a lovely welcome from the minute I went through the door. The owner welcomed me and acknowledged I hadn’t been before and hoped I am happy with my treatment. Amelia who did my eyebrow waxing was lovely, so friendly and efficient
