Selly Park Recreational Ground is a wide expanse of well manicured grass where runners can jog, play football and just chill out. Nice ambience and all.

Lovely little park. Great for walking dogs.Tree lined with plenty of seating.There is also a playground and gym equipment.I feel it would benefit from more regular cleaning though,, as there is quite a bit of litter around.

A great park now that Birmingham City Council finally managed to curb the travellers and how they used to destroy this place. A perfect family place due to not much anti social behaviour

Selly Park Recreation Ground
The Selly Park National Training Centre boasts some of the finest sports facilities in all of Birmingham. Four perfectly flat grass pitches are cut and cared for on the daily by the grounds keepers. As well as the grasd pitches there is a state of the art 18 hole golf course, based losely on Glen Eagle. Other outdoor facilities include a state of the art gymnasium that has supported gymnasts such as Beth Tweddle through coaching by internationally recognised coach Alan. Site also boasts a spa containing mud baths and ample parking.

A great place if you’re around Selly Oak area. It is a quite big park ideal for walking with your dog, running or spending some time with friends.
