I had several training sessions with both Anna and Chris to help strengthen my ankles after several bad sprains. The service was very personable and after my first session I had an exercise regime tailored for me, which was expanded to aid my recovery further.

I went to Chris for a shoulder problem after playing wheelchair rugby for a number of years. My problem wasn't a direct result of my spinal injury but a consequence of overuse of my shoulder through wheelchair sports. Chris was fantastic from the off, asking me questions about how I used my arms and shoulders and exploring different techniques to help treat my issues. After just one treatment I was sleeping better and the pain was much more manageable. The exercises he gave me to do at home were excellent too and the improvements in mobility just kept increasing. I still see Chris now as he's excellent for keeping me mobile and offering advice for further mobilisation. I went to see Anna with a knee that didn't want to work properly! She started work on it and said I would walk properly again. With work from her and me doing my exercises I can now walk well with very little pain. I am still doing my exercises and feel much better. She was great and so supportive and positive. Great service

I needed physio for a painful shoulder and Anna managed to sort this out swiftly . I was given exercises to do at home as well as receiving treatment during sessions. These combined to alleviate the issue and I can continue with the exercises without the need for further appointments. I would recommend Team Rehab to anyone.

I have been seeing Anna for a number of years now mainly for physio following a knee replacement. She is a brilliant physio and definitely an expert in her field.I saw her more recently as I had a very painful hip and back and after a couple of sessions I was able to sit and sleep with no discomfort.The new Corby clinic is really easy to find, no problems with parking and the treatment room really light and airy.I would have no hesitation in recommending Anna and Team Rehab.

Having just finished an intensive course of therapy with Chris from Team Rehab I can safely say the results speak for themselves. After back surgery I was not in great shape and in constant pain. A tailored programme of physio, work in the pool and exercises at home has made a significant difference. It has been hard work but worth it. The new treatment rooms in Corby are also a great addition and very convenient. Would happily recommend.

After 2 years of neck and shoulder pain booked a consultation with Chris at Team rehab and so pleased I did. Given great advice and therapy, and after 5 sessions with Chris my neck and shoulder feel great. I will not hesitate to to use Team rehab again. Thanks again ChrisElliott Dunn

After seeing the doctor for a suspected meniscus tear I was put on a waiting list for Physiotherapy which turned out to be 13 weeks. I decided to look at other options and noticed that Team Rehab had excellent reviews so made an appointment and saw Minal. I am so pleased I made that decision because on first meeting you just know that you are in professional hands and her diagnosis after lots of questions and a physical examination was spot on. I would recommend them 100% not just because they are extremely well qualified but really good at what they do, they are interested in what happens after the treatment and are willing to help in any way possible. As an experienced runner I would call Team Rehab as the first option.

Sorted out my back pain completely! I was struggling with a very painful lower back, had been to Osteopath and Chiropractor which didn’t help. Minal at Team Rehab very quickly identified the root cause and over a period of 5 visits + Physio exercises and stretches helped me gradually build the strength and flexibility I needed - and no more back pain! And no more Phisio visits. Highly recommended.

Visited Chris at Team Rehab with injured foot and back and could barely walk after injuring myself running. After 3 sessions and excellent care and attention and am back to walking normally and understand how to ease back into exercise; Chris's advice was spot on every step of the way.
