Good customer service and fair pricing. Gavin was honest and helpful throughout purchasing my Kia Optima. Only gripe is that the dirt I found on the car turned out to be chips, which I wish had been brought to my attention. They knocked off £100 to compensate and get a polish. The vehicle had all documents required and I’m now a proud owner of a slick estate car!

Lovely experience with Prime London Motors on buying my first car in UK.I liked a VW Polo and I noticed a minor issue. Jay, who was there with me throughout the process, promised me that it will get fixed before the delivery. The car was delivered to me on time and as Jay promised, car is all clean and very much happy with the entire process of buying.They also provide us a free 3 months warranty which is great and made them more trustworthy.Definitely, I will recommend Prime London Motors for your next car buy.
