Not happy with the service we have received when booked the skip I requested to only have it for Friday to Monday.Monday night came I rang said what’s going on they said will be tomorrow now. Tuesday 5pm comes I end up ringing again now this time told it’s between 3-5 working days. 8 days later the skip is now on the driveway and my cars have been blocking the road all week now due to this and had unhappy neighbours. Next time won’t be booking with this company again.

This is the damage they did to my drive, whilst collecting a skipI have 3 witnesses, CCTV covarage and the driver admited to my wife he caused the damage, but they are saying I am making a fraudulent claim. I cannot recomend them, when I tried to contact them by telephone, never available and do not return my calls.

Great company. To be honest never had to contact them or them me, arranged collection day then that was it I didn’t have to think of them again. When you’re busy running a business these are the companies you like to deal with.

Upon opening a commercial account with them we were allocated a designated account manager. Bobby has been a good point of contact and communicates clearly and quickly. Pricing is fair and speed of service is good also. Would recommend.

We urgently needed some bulky furniture collecting and disposed of. We struggled to find anyone that would collect locally. This business was local, responded quickly and arrived at an agreed time. The costs were reasonable and service exactly what we required.

I phoned J Dickinson on Thursday14/9 to arrange collection of a full skip. I was told that it would be collected the next day or possibly Saturday. This did not happen. I rang them on Monday and was told that it would definitely be collected by Tuesday. Again this did not happen nor did it happen on Wednesday. I have just phoned them today (Thursday 21/9) and once again been assured that it will be collected today - We'll see!The full skip has been blocking my drive now for 8 days which is totally unacceptable.The company prides itself on good service. Unfortunately this has not been my experience.
