Beresfords Estate Agents - Braintree

I have recently been helped by Debby , Christine and Joe from Beresfords to rent a property. Very nice, helpful and hardworking people with a lot of passion , experience and patience. I can not thank them enough! I really recommend Beresfords Braintree!

Made an offer on a house which was for sale with Beresfords, Braintree. A week later, I have still had no reply to the offer. I have chased Beresfords twice during this time and have been fobbed off on each occasion, as well as being advised that viewings on the property are still taking place ie the veiled threat that I need to increase my offer or else…It may well not be Beresfords fault that the vendor has not actually said yes or no to my offer but I shouldn’t have had to constantly request updates, information etc. I was also promised callbacks that never came.I have now pulled out and am dealing with a competitor estate agent who very actively wants my business.

Highly recommend! We have used Beresfords in Braintree for our property sale and our purchase. Eleanor, our lead contact, has been so helpful from the very beginning, answering all of our questions and even finding us our dream property. Thanks again to Eleanor and the team.
