I have no words to explain my experience! I was unbelievably nervous about finding my wedding dress. Emma was absolutely amazing in helping me find my dress. She made my whole experience so worth it! I went in with the dress I wanted, and came out with something completely different that she had picked and it’s perfect! Emma you’re absolutely amazing!!! Xxxx

The beautiful Naomi helped me find my dream dress. Very professional and definitely knows her stuff as I came out with something I never thought I would even try on and now I can't wait for the big day even more!! Thank you for making us feel so welcome, it was such a lovely experience. Highly recommend!

Fabulous shop to buy your wedding dress. No appointment needed, and could take the dress away that day. Mine did need adjustments (length, straps and a zip put in the back due to weight loss), which all looked amazing! Charlotte and Emma helped me find my dress, there were so lovely and friendly! 10/10

*Extremely disappointed with the service.*Arranged for my family and friends to come with me to try wedding dresses on for the very first time. This date was chosen by everyone to sort babysitters and booked time off work. Upon review of the website it’s clear that no appointments can be made.Upon arriving we were told another bridal party were booked in before us!? We asked how they’ve been able to book when no appointments could be made. They couldn’t answer this and simply stated it’s first come first serve, however the bridal party weren’t even there! So quite clearly it’s not first come first serve and appointments can be made. Still at a loss as to why they could have a slot booked in for a bridal party not at the shop.Advised we’ve all arranged babysitters and took time off so would like to be seen. One of replies we got from the staff was “well I haven’t even had my lunch break yet…” We were told manager was with another bride and can’t see us until she’s finished.At this point I wanted to cry and go home however family encouraged me to stay as we’d had come this far.An hour and 15 minutes later we were seen however another group came in after us and they were seen at the same time as us! So we were told manager could only see one bride at a time but when it was our turn she could then see two at a time!?!?Left with a bitter taste in my mouth and certainly won’t return to buy from this shop or brand. Extremely disappointed on what was suppose to be an enjoyable experience I was to share with family and friends.

Went to wed2be with my daughter. They have so many beautiful dresses at reasonable prices too. The one to one personalised assistance from Naomi was fantastic. Naomi listened to my daughters likes and dislikes and chose dresses accordingly. Amazingly after just trying 6 gorgeous dresses my daughter found “The One”. The experience was so lovely. There was no rushing or hard selling just lots of support and advice which led to finding the ideal dress. Thank you so much Naomi and the team at wed2be Southampton.

Absolutely awful experience and would not recommend to anyone. Attended with my 3 bridesmaids to shop for their dresses and added our names to the waiting list. We came back at the time we were given and then had to wait a further 45 minutes to be seen. In this time we had gone through the dresses and picked out ones we liked to help speed up the process. We were then taken back to the fitting rooms by the consultant where she asked questions on what we liked etc. I then had to explain that we were there for the bridesmaids and not myself (the bride) and after that the consultant then basically left us to it and moved on to the next client (a bride) in the fitting room next to ours! If you are shopping for your bridesmaid dresses they will not be interested in you at all.

Had a great time! First time going dress shopping and it was successful. Was assisted by Charlotte and another lady (Can't remember name but she was lovely). Got 5 dresses to try on and I found my dress on the 3rd go. Both ladies were great at listening and giving me confidence in my decision.The dresses are off the peg so you can take your dress home with you then and there and they suggest people who can alter it for you. The only thing you have to keep in mind with this is if you don't get the dress you want that day, there is no guarantee it will be there when you return. Unless you put down a deposit.

Went to Wed2be Southampton today 21st October 2023.We were greeted by Madeleine who made me and my entourage feel super welcome and excitedly invested!We were then introduced to Megan, who was fantastic. She listened to all the ideas and styles of dress’s I wanted to try. Megan took everything on board and picked some beautiful dresses! She listened to all my likes and dislikes and make me feel super relaxed while trying on all the dresses. She realised that I had already fallen in love with the second dress I tried on and once we all realised she gave me the full bridal experience with a veil, hair accessory and belt, which brought my dream dress to a reality and I truest felt like the princess I deserve to be!We also had a look at bridesmaid dresses as well and didn’t feel rushed at all. Megan took her time with us and made us all feel welcome and comfortable.Thank you so much to everyone at Wed2be for giving me and amazing bridal experience!
