Seriously Do Not enter , otherwise you will Not leave . You and your taste buds will be held prisoner due to the over-the-air indulgence of Cocoa and I am going to say no more. I will let you choose the abundant array of chocolates on display. You will get a sample piece. Then your in...... ! Very clean, staff knowledgeable, and chocolate not bad !

A friend treated us to this fabulous chocolate but have refused to spend a penny in this branch in Windsor as two staff members haven’t got any courtesy to even greet customers as one comes into the shop.#NoExcuse4NoCustomerService

Quite a selection but other than that for the price paid... Very disappointed. Flavour-wise and the texture is unpleasant. Not buying again.

Love the salted caramel puddles, haven’t bought them in a while though, so not sure if they still sell them.Ice-cream is mid, just normal soft-serve, similar to Mr Whippy but optionally topped with dark chocolate syrup.If they’re really trying to push a product, they’ll occasionally give out free samples.

Absolutely fantastic soft melting collection of chocolates. Each bite of a chocolate is unique in it's taste, texture and flavour. There is much more collection of chocolates available than what I shopped and I would love to experience the taste of every other unique ones.
