Very helpful staff who made it easy to arrange the initial survey appointment. Once the survey was completed we received the report with 4 working days. The report was extremely informative and very well presented. Would highly recommend this company.

Not recommended, they outsource their service to other unprofessional surveyors which I would be able to find better ones myself on GoogleReply to owner: Can confirm this is a genuine review and correct company. I initially engaged with the company with a call which then I was told to enquire through the website. Then I was told as they don’t survey in my area and put us in touch with another surveying company with a head office equally far away. I should have done my own due diligence and check the reviews of the recommended company before proceeding.

Allcott Associates LLP we’re very good! They were prompt in replying and booking the survey. The survey was very comprehensive and easy to understand. Would definitely recommend them and use their services again in the future!

Whatever you do please don't use this company for a homebuyers survey. They are useless. We booked our survey through Nationwide building society and unfortunately this is the company who carried it out. They were slow to provide the report, I only received it after chasing them. After moving into the property we have found that they had missed multiple issues with the house. They clearly listed sections as green stating there were no problems, the main one being the front door, however the door is beyond repair, clearly hanging off its hinges and unable to lock properly with cracks around the brickwork. Multiple other problems with things that they said were fine, we're now having to spend thousands of pounds to fix these issues. After contacting the company to make a complaint they have lied saying they told us to obtain a glazier report for the doors (they didn't) and they will not do anything without seeing this report. The survey is a waste of money, they miss multiple problems and then won't accept responsibility for anything.

A great and thorough full building survey at the same price as some other company's were offering for the homebuyers report.Allcott Associates were more than happy to ensure us as the clients received the detailed report reviewing what we wanted to know, including detailed information about the trees located on the property. A prompt service and replies to queries.Would certainly recommend Allcott Associates and the service which Ian Wild provided.

I did extensive research to find the right report level and surveyor company for our property purchase. Allcott’s were incredibly helpful from the initial email all the way through to any questions we had on the report.Our surveyor Ollie found some work needed and priced this up for us, as a result we successfully renegotiated the purchase price of our property.Allcotts were fairly priced, great at communicating, the report was superb and the overall experience was the least stressful part of buying the house! Excellent service!The first time I used Allcott Associates’ service was in 2012. The second time was in September 2015.User-friendly website. Price of the survey is highly competitive. Both the times, they worked directly with the agent to arrange the survey. I received the report (in the post and via email) by the date they said it would arrive.I have had excellent support from Mr Timothy Allcott, Mr Ian Wild, Ms Judy Summers, and Ms Jane Drummond.I will use Allcott Associates in the future. I highly recommend this company. Efficient, quick and easy to use.

Absolutely great service, impeccable communications, professional throughout. Had a level 3 building survey and the report had very precise detail, and the content assisted both us as purchasers and our conveyancer to make informed decisions. Great service all around from initial quote to final report. The team booked us in easily and quickly and were directly in contact with estate agent so now hassle for us. Excellent work by Ollie on our full structural survey. It was a really thorough report and he answered our follow up questions with clear explanations. 10/10 would recommend.
