To install Prana recuperators was a great solution and one of the best investment into the quality of our family life. Since we have them at home, we noticed that the air in the whole house is more fresh and clean. Our sleep became better and there's no necessity to open windows regularly. It's quite easy to change the settings of the devices via remote control, but we usually use auto mode so devices adjust to every room needs automatically.Ecostream team was professional, neat and efficient, the installation was done very tidy and clean. I cannot recommend Ecostream Prana recuperators highly enough!

Slav and his team installed the Prana recuperator units in five flats for me in January 2023. These flats were suffering from problems with condensation and mould. The problems have now gone away and the feedback from tenants is very positive. If you are a responsible landlord looking to solve a similar issue, then I can't recommend the product highly enough. Furthermore, Slav represents old fashioned customer service and a true professional. It's an investment that I'm pleased I've made.

This is another review having moved to a House out of my flat where I previous had the Prana units installed and they were so good I ordered 4 more. The services was professional and considerate, they were very good at minimal disputation and concealing any wires. The worksmanship was top-notch and the product speaks for itself, frankly. Any residual damp or humidity issues have been resolved! Serious kit, would recommend.

We built a granny annex with lots of large windows at the bottom of our garden. During the winter months it suffered with condensation especially around all the aluminium windows and adjacent walls leaving puddles at the bottom of window frames. We pursued and researched many different companies and solutions until we came across Ecostream Prana system. To us this appeared to be the perfect solution and least invasive and so it was. From the very first contact with Slav, his recognition and knowledge of our problem gave us confidence that we had made the right choice and we installed two recuperators. And so one winter in and another looming we have no regrets. Problem solved 95%, the 5% missing is due to the badly installed window frames. No need to open windows, the air is always fresh. We had two Prana 160 ERP PRO mini fitted by Ecostream for our slightly mouldy sitting room and bedroom. Their customer service is outstanding! The installation itself was completed within a day with minimal disruption or noise. The recuperators Prana run nice and quietly and the house already feels fresher. We highly recommend them!

I own a house in Manchester which has always been hard to keep the humidity in check with 4 tenants and all their washing. Manchester is an especially humid place with all the rain so opening windows often just does not improve the situation. Slav and his team fitted 5 Prana units very cleanly and efficiently. He is always on hand and responded quickly when I have extra support questions long after fitting as well. It had definitely improved the volume of humidity! I have had an excellent experience with hiring Ecostream for the installation of the Prana ventilation systems.Communication has been quick & easy, I felt valued from the beginning and huge efforts were made to come and view the property for a quote & for the installation. Being based in the South West, it was a long journey for them for both visits, and at no point did I feel like it was an inconvenience for them.On the day of installation, the work was seamless and I was kept informed about their progress. They were respectful of my property and were very mindful about mess/potential dust. They explained clearly how to use the systems, and how to maintain them (cleaning etc.). They also contacted me after a week to ensure there had been no issues arise since.I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my flat since the installation. I live in a basement flat so mould & high humidity has been a huge problem. This has definitely helped to tackle these issues & prevent the reoccurrence of the mould.

We had the Prana Ventilation System installed in our practice...absolute God send with the pandemic! Our fallow times have been slashed from an hour to only 10 minutes!The guys were fantastic when it came to the works, everything was done over 2 Sundays which meant no surgery down time. They were extremely professional and worked extremely cleanly, covering all equipment thoroughly.We cannot recommend these guys enough! If you're even thinking about extractors use them...you won't regret it!
