I ordered and paid £30.49 on 1st October and still havent received my order. I emailed them as Hermes said they had the order then appear to have lost it? ... and no reply! No contact number so cant call! UPDATE - 17/10/21 my order did finally get delivered and it is great, the melts smell amazing. However, it is still quite disconcerting to not get any reply and would like them to try and do better in that regard.
