Andrew is a nice guy, no sales pressure, with a real love for nice cars. Hopefully i have bought what seems like a fantastic car (on day one).

Can't really say any wrong about the experience I had buying from Andrew at M Cars. He handed me the keys to the car I was looking at and gave me as much time as I needed to take it out and check it over. The car is a 61 plate BMW 330d - drives like a dream, and it is pristine for the age. The price for the car was sensible and we agreed a fair price on my part-ex too, Andrew was straight as an arrow throughout and I left feeling happy I'd got a fair deal on a car I really like.

Quick and easy sales process. Helped with finance. Car was immaculate when picked up. Service and MOT done before purchase.Andrew is a top bloke.

Disappointed with this company. Travelled to Washington Monday by appointment to view and test drive a car with a view to purchasing. Andrew said he was unable to get car out of storage as he was busy, so arrangements were made to attend the next day. I rang the following day and he was unable to facilitate the test drive of the car until Thursday. I rang Wednesday to confirm the appointment for Thursday and he agreed the car would be ready any time after 12 noon.After making alternative arrangements around work commitments etc… Andrew rang me an hour and a half prior to my test drive to say the car had been reserved by someone over night and is considered sold.No mention previously or invitation to reserve the car had been mentioned by Andrew. I am very surprised indeed, that this company has good reviews on this site. My impression of the place is that it is a poor back street garage with very limited commitment to customer care - badly organised, rude and quite dismissive in my view. My pre purchase experience would definitely give me little confidence in any after sales care from this outfit. I won’t be back.

Perfect from start to finish, Andy is different to most car dealers, no pressure, no bull****, and a good price for my P/X. Any problems sorted no problem. Was given the keys to test drive anywhere. Highly recommended

I originally left a quite positive review, I bought an XJ jaguar 4 months ago with a 3 month warrenty. The car had several problems, which got sorted. Unfortunately more problems arose and Andrew asked me to take the car to his mechanic. There was a noise on the rear wheel. After a day or two Andrew contacted me to say there was no fault found. Driving the car back home the noise was very prevent and still here to this day, I very rarely use the car as I've lost all confidence in it. Now the diesel gauge has gone off. Without doubt the worst car I've had the misfortune to buy.. . Thanks for the reply. What you are admitting to omit from your reply is I emailed you and told you that I'm flabbergasted about this so called road noise. And I also took it to an independent mechanic at my cost by the way when it was still under your so called bumper to bumper warrenty and he found a fault, which I informed you about. Every man and his dog who I have had in that car hears a noise. Except your mechanics. How appropriate
