We were dealt with by Jamie Harris and we have to say it was one of the best customer service experiences we have had in a vehicle dealership. Very friendly and informative. The only slight negative was we felt overly pressurised to agree to buy a vehicle on the day we were there but that I think is how most dealerships operate.

Hollie and the Seat team were fantastic. It took me while to acclimatise to the car but they were very patient and gave me extra time to familiarise myself with it and become comfortable. Listers are a great dealership if you want to purchase a new vehicle.Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. After problems with the first vehicle I ordered they quickly rectified the problem with a new replacement vehicle. They suppled me with a courtesy vehicle with a full tank of fuel whilst I was waiting for the new one to arrive.Dan went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer.

Been meaning to write this for a while, but if you need any repairs doing at all, don't take your car to this dealership.I had to take my car in several times prior - granted I got my car from another dealership, but I had a spring bind on the suspension, this took 2-3 attempts to rectify.Next I had a weird noise that sounded like it was from the steering rack (turns out it wasn't, fair enough not easy to diagnose) and was told it might be in for a few days. The days passed and soon enough it had been two weeks without my car, but wasn't offered a courtesy car until I was about 15 days in as 'they didn't have any available' until I kicked off and magically there was a car available. Eventually got the car back 20 days later or something and the issue was sorted.I can only assume during which the front of the car would have been off a fair few times. A week or so later I was driving down the road and the dash lights up saying 'Front assist not available' or something to that effect. Couldn't be bothered to bring it in for a while again after having my car in for basically a month already.Eventually I took it back and explained the issue and handed my keys over. The car has been up on the ramp, the floor pan off and apparently 'there was bits of my radar bracket in the floor pan' and that 'someone might have reversed into me' when clearly the radar is mounted far enough behind the bumper that you'd have to do some damage to the front of the car before you damaged the radar or its mount. I was also told that the mounting bracket might be bent as a result of said impact.I was then also told another possibility was that a stone might have hit it - granted that could probably do some damage if it had, but when the failure occurred I was driving down a road with nobody else around. The tolerance for the radar is about 2 degrees in any direction so it would have flashed up pretty much immediately as soon as it went out of calibration tolerance.I argued about this for about 20 minutes in the office as I was adamant that nothing had happened to the car before being quoted £800 but as a 'goodwill' gesture, they will do the work for £400 which I rejected as I didn't believe what I was being told from the off.I went to an independent VW garage, they had it up on the ramp and within 30 seconds was told 'it is just a bolt missing' from the bracket and the bracket wasn't damaged or bent at all. Ordered a new radar mounting kit for £40 just for the necessary bolt, and all in it cost me £120 with labour as the front of the car needed to come off. The radar started working immediately and has done ever since.The 'bits of radar bracket' in the floor pan would have been the bolt still sitting there, so rather than being honest and just putting it back where it belonged, they've removed the bolt from the floor pan and then tried to pull the wool over my eyes, tell me a load of BS and get me to cough up £400-800 for a problem that was an easy and simple fix.Honestly, I've had the worst experience with service here over the last couple of years, dread to think of how many other people they've tried to do this to...
