Michael is a utter sanity saver! We were in such a muddle over our Office365 licences, domains etc. Michael managed to untangle the mess and get our emails and calendars and Office desktop apps all working how they should be. Next time I have any computer issues I will be straight in touch with Michael and would highly recommend him (and already have!)

On recommendation I made an approach to Michael the owner of this business to help resolve my very slow computer issues. I received a very prompt response and was advised on certain options. I was given a very competitive quote to replace my old computer with a new Dell setup suited to my needs. Within a week the computer was delivered by Michael, programmes installed and all my data transferred. I received professional local service. I can't praise Michael enough for getting my HP laptop back up and running after over 3 weeks of trying to get HP to sort it. Twice they did repairs to it and it still wasn't working properly. I gave up and contacted Michael. He picked it up from my house and brought it back the next day in full working order. On delivery he made sure that it was completely set up for me, connected to WiFi and printer. I highly recommend his services and wouldn't go anywhere else for computer problems.

Have just had Michael deal with something remotely for me, what an easy process! I'd got myself in a total mess with various email accounts, none of them working how I wanted them to and I was going around in circles. Michael sorted it all out remotely which was fantastic.
