Clearly Hearing Audiology Centre - New Cross

My son has Uni-lateral hearing loss. Sometimes he gets wax building up in his ears which further reduces his ability to hear. As he had a very important university interview coming up, via zoom, I tried to arrange for his ears to be properly waxed at our local G.P surgery, but was informed this could not be done and told to use olive oil instead which would not have worked in time. I found out about Dayna's practice from a friend who had visited her clinic in order to get her hearing aids fitted. After calling, I explained the situation and she kindly squeezed us in for the next day despite having a full schedule. She professionally waxed his ears and gave him a hearing test to check he was getting his full range of sound. I was very impressed by her professionalism and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services. My son also did well in his interview, which we owe in part to Dayna's help.

My NHS hearing aids had not been working very well for over 9 months and Covid pressures on the NHS made it very difficult to get them properly serviced. I finally went to Dayna to see if she could fix them, and she did. She got them right back to how clear they were when I first had them. I was singing with my choir in an important concert the next night and my experience of the music was transformed! She explained everything very clearly and also lent me some new aids to try out. I should also add that she is a doctor in audiology.
